@Lulu_51 the dimensions are given in amounts of knots. How big it turns out to be depends on the material used and how tight you knot. If you have made an alpha before, you can measure it and use that to calculate how big this one would be for you. I'm assuming, that is what @abby2009 did, but here measurements might be different from your measurements.
