@Morgzies on a computer the key combination control+c is copy and control+v is paste. On a phone (I'm not sure if it's the same for all phones) you click on the text field for a long time and then there should be a pop-up with the word "paste".
@Morgzies are you on a phone or a computer? Copy and pasting works a bit different on both, but in general you just highlight the text you want to copy, select copy, click where you want to paste it and then select paste.
