@Tikilishi My pleasure! I’ve been meaning to make one for this pattern for a long time now, so i’m glad I finally could. Your kind words are the icing on the cake! 💕
@minutcraft I always love your photos of your finished bracelets. This one is absolutely gorgeous. I love your shaped loop end and the light variegated looks beautiful.
No worries @behappy! Plenty of people spell it wrong, it's hard to spell! 🙂
SCS knots are what I call "Same-colored-string knots" It's when a knot has two strings that are the same exact color, like, just for example, knot number 3 in the 2nd row. Or for another example, knot number 3 in the 8th row.
SCS knots can technically be any of the four knots (foward, backward, forward-backward, or backward-forward) and it doesn't change the pattern 🙂
The only SCS knots I don't recommend changing are the ones on the very ends (very first and very last knots of every odd-numbered row) because those make up the "straight edges" or "flat edges" of the pattern 🙂
Also, a tip: 💡 The SCS knots throughout the pattern are only necessary if you'd like to make "secret" variations, meaning, if you want to add a variation that has more colors than the original!
If you see a SCS knot that doesn't appear to be doing anything significant for the pattern, feel free to change it to whichever of the 4 knots you please! 😄
There's a few alternative knot structure for this I'm making so that the middle motif can be turned 90 degrees - for bracelet makers who like viewing their work more vertically rather than horizontally!
When it's done, you can check out the alternative knot structure in the link in my profile bio 🌿
