@freezetta have you checked out Alex Innovations video on the shaped evil eye bracelet? I think it's a pretty good tutorial 🙂
When knotting a shaped bracelet you basically leave knots out (the white ones in this pattern) and hide the unused base strings in the edges (make the first and last knot of the row around the unused base strings + the base string you would have made that knot on anyways).
If you know how to do a triangle start, it's basically the same 🙂
So basically you just take 1 string and make forward knots around a bundle of strings a bunch of times. When you’re done with that color it becomes part of the bundle and you take another string from the bundle and knot it like u did the first string.
