@AnxElle i know this is late, but you basically restart with the same pattern from line 1, although this time the colors will be changed. For example, if you started with green as the outermost color for the start of the bracelet, once you get to line 12 and start the pattern over it will not be green again. You have to repeat the pattern based on where the strings are, not the colors. If it’s still confusing lmk! I’ll try to help!
I am so confused! What do I do at the end of the pattern above (Line 12)? I get that it changes colors but I am lost. Is there a video for this one? I've watched Masha's on how to start int he teardrop form but now I am stuck.
@halokiwi okay tysm!! i do know how to read patterns but i’ve been in a slump so i’ll probably watch the video for a refresher 😅, thank you for the tips 💛
@Mes_07 MashaKnots has a good video on how to read normal patterns. Once you know how to read patterns, you can knot any normal pattern without ever needing a tutorial 😄 so learning that can really be useful
To turn this into a keychain, I'd just make a loop and then start the pattern afterwards and make it a bit shorter than I would make a bracelet.
@sugarbelle ok so when you get to the end the purple should be in the middle, it shouldn’t end where it started for this one, now on your second time through completely disregard the colors, it’s almost as if you weren’t using the colors the pattern gave, use the purple string to make the knots on the pattern that are shown as white, as another one, use the teal strings to make the knots that are shown as red
