Well, I'm kind of new at bracelet making and I had to figure out how to make it without instructions so over a couple of days it probably took around 2 1\2 hours. Absolutely worth it though
@goldflower@crafter83 acualy i finished a 3d endermen a little bit ago and that one seems like an ez pattern to make what do yall think? also goldflower how long did that tak you? cause mine took a little over a freaking HOUR
@crafter83 yeah, I started with the bottom of the basket then cut the strings on every row so there are base strings on 4 sides of the bottom. Then make the sides, sew it up, then the handle on one side and glue it to the other when your done. There might be a better way to do it but that's just how I made it
@goldflower I see. You glued the handle, it wasn’t a starting loop. So it like the dice tutorial( sort of. Then make a Chinese staircase and glue it on
@lilybooLDS I would love to see your other patterns, they sound awesome but also WAY more complicated to make. I still don't know how you put your basket on a tiny keychain or how you did the handle
Ok this is how I made my basket 1 cut 16 strings 7" long. Tape down 4" 2 working w/ 3" knot 12 rows for bottom cut string after each row leaving3" on both sides 3 you could knot all the sides at once in a big spiral. That would make it more round but also no sewing! That's not what I did 4 leave a string long enough to sew the side up later. Knot each side separately 6rows ( any pattern like the pumpkins has to be made upside down) 4.5 basket lids I didn't make. Just 6rows on each side 5 scoot all the sides down so there is a little gap between the bottom and sides 6 bf and fb gather all the base strings on the 16string sides to the middle. 7 I used the tutorial for flat end keychain on the shorter sides to Fold the base strings inside the basket 8 bf knot the handle with a new long string 9 using the strings from step 4 sew up each side and tie a knot with a string from the short side 11 trim strings 12 almost done and I got stuck soooo hot glue the handle to the other side and DONE!
